My great great grandfather's sister Mary Beal was born 28 Feb 1829 in PA (probably Somerset County)daughter of Daniel Nicholas Beal and Mary Lichty. I found a news article today in the Waterloo, IA Courier referring to my great great grandfather's sister, Mary Coughenour possibly of Salt Lick Twp., Fayette Co., PA in June 1894. I'm not locating a Mary Coughenour in the census of Fayette or Somerset Co., PA (or anywhere for that matter)for 1880 or 1900. Does anyone have a Mary in your records married to a Coughenour?
