John Zimmerman of Stoystown, Som.Co., about age 25 years, was crushed under the wheels of a passing train at McKeesport, Allegheny Co., Pa. He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Zimmerman who reside within a short distance of Stoystown. The remains were taken and interred in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Thursday, Aug. 22, 1881 Johnstown Daily Tribune.
