Found this partial biography of Paul Bowersox while researching my Albright family.

Paul Bowersox was born about 1745 and died in 1806 in what is now Center Twshp., Snyder Co., PA.. He was a son, or descendant, of John Bauersachs who lived in Memelsdorf, Germany. Paul arrived from Rotterdam, Holland on the British ship "Betsy" and took the English qualifying oath at Philadelphia, PA. on 12/1/1771. Within a few years after his arrival he settled in what is now Snyder Co., PA.. He was a Revolutionary [War] soldier and left many descendants who are scattered over a wide part of the country.

Hope this helps someone.
