would like to let you know i hold 1 share in the company capitial stock $500,000.00 par value 100./share NON-ASSESSABLE president Clark Decker treasure L W Ritter OCT. 5 1951 this was a exploration of drilling for oil in Center Co. just off of the base of Jack MT. The drrick stood for quite a few years as I remember as a young boy some gas was released but to my dimise no oil was found as far as I know the cost out weight the profit and a lot of people in the Penns-Creek area lost a lot of money
