Schuylkill County is under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Allentown. As far as I know, it does not have any centralized archives (the nearby Diocese of Harrisburg does). So you will end up writing directly to the parish. They had a major reorganization a few years back that resulted in the closing and/or consolidation of numerous parishes. And of course the decline of the coal industry has contributed to it.

Allentown diocese has its own website. But as I looked through it, it was not immediately obvious who to contact. Sorry. You may have already done this; but I'd be sure you're looking for a Roman Catholic rather than a Greek Catholic parish.

The Schuylkill County Archives in Pottsville may also have civil birth records for 1901-1902. Good luck!
