my gr-grandmother was martha higgins, dob 1854, married thomas mason, dob 1852 . the children were mary, 1874, sharlot 1875,laura 1877 (my grandmother) thomas, 1879 and martha also called mattie, born 1854. the lived in st. clair,pa. laura married john clarke, 1896.
