You can order a copy of the marriage license directly from the Register of Wills. The cost is not high. For more info:

Re your other inquiry for a birth certifcate - official birth records were not kept until 1893 in Schuylkill Co., so the only record would be a church baptism record. The Historical Society of Schuylkill County has many church records, so you might want to check with them. They will either be able to do research for you or suggest someone who can.
