Looking for info on death of grandfather, Samuel Stevens, on Oct. 28, 1912, at the age of 28, in Galeton, Potter County. According to death certicate, "no known cause of death, fell down dead while working". At the time of his death, my grandmother would have been pregnant with my mother, Iva Mildred Stevens, who was born Dec. 16, 1912.
Hoping there might be a newspaper item about the incident.
