Go to 1910 Census on Ancestry.com and put in Frank Hess in Pike Co., PA.. It comes up as Lehman, Lackawaxen Twp, PIke Co., PA.

I think it is just a bookeeping error.

It you go back to 1910 Census, and scroll down and look by state and click on PA, then click on Pike Co., you will see there is no Lackawaxen Township. Click on Lehman Twp, and it has 2 districts, one of which is Lackawaxen.

Strange.
