Beachwood and Allentown properties

I have a couple of letters between George Nagle and his sister that was living in Baltimore at the time of the letters, where, George was writting from Philadelphia, PA. I'm having trouble finding where these properties are. If I could find them, then I would have a better idea where my ancesters came from.

they people that are mentioned in the letter are: Mr Remmuel who was living in a large house... I'm guessing Beachwood, and his mother-in-law, Mrs Smith was there too. Also, Mr. Tiebly (spelling?) was paying money to Pike county for the year the letter was written, 1839. There's mention of a 7th Street also. I'm not sure if it's where the property was located or not.

At the end of the letter there was a mention of Mr.Lowe E. Reynolds leaving the area and since he was in St.Loius, everyone has been sick. And, there was a Marg... (can't read it clearly) SOpha Gains that was sending her love to the family (sister) in Baltimore, MD.

In a later letter, Uncle Leonard was trying to do what he could to make the properties sellable in 1840.

Thanks for any help!
