I posted some responses today (8/16/2001) listing Land Owners in Pike County. The correct date of those holdings on the map I have is March 26, 1814. Source: "An Index to the Map of the County of Pike Pennsylvania, Containing the Names of the Original Warrantees, and Quantity in Each Tract, with Numbers Corresponding to Those on the Map, and Explanatory Remarks", by John T. Cross, re-issued by Frank Schorr, 1925.
Because my scanner is down, the Hawley Library is scanning me a copy of the map so that I can post it on the web. I'll let you know when that happens.
