I still can't pinpoint Hugh Kennedy. He should have been in the WWI draft registration but still can't find him using some creative searching.

I think the following is the right Peter but not positive:

1928 naturalization for Peter Claver McGrath leatherworker, of 5132 Hoopes St; b. 1878 County Donegal; imm 18th April 1890 on “Georgia”; has wife Mary (b. Oct 6, 1880 Ireland) – no children. Witnesses to affadavit: James McGrath engineer of 5117 S 22nd St and Mrs. Mary A Gallagher of 5167 Ogden St.
