I live in Danville....We call the building the Danville State Hospital (for other readers: this is not Selingsgrove). It is a mental institution and appears to be very old, supposively (rumor) not fully operational at this time.

There is a cemetery just down the road between a childcare facility and a high school. I've never been in the cemetery but parts appear rather old from the road. Are you looking for someone to be buried there? I go by the location quite often.
