They referred me to a Harrisburg office that found them. Heads up! Their records were file 6 years off of the year my gfather died. You can get the death certificate by googling DEATH CERTIFICATE CARLISE PA. They have a form for you to complete and mail. Cost is $9. Most folks that died there are buried in the IOOF (Odd Fellows) cemetery, sction F, unmarkered plots. The caretaker (Name?) was very helpful. Roy Notify Administrator about this message?
