George Albert Baylor 1878-1971 Montour, PA

I am trying to discover who the parents and ancestors were of my gr-grandfather George Albert Baylor. He married Amanda Darling Travers aft 1910 in Delaware County, PA.
They had 1 son that I am aware of Howard Baylor and lived in Chester, Delaware County, PA until their deaths.

I have pictures of a hunting cabin that they always said was about 4-5 hours north upstate. I should have asked back then but it never occurred to me that I would need to know. :)

George Albert's Military Draft Card has his county of birth listed as Montour County, PA and the birth date of 4/2/1878.
I found an 1880 census listing that has a George the right year and parents:
Lewis BAYLOR Male W 43 PA Lime Burner PA PA
Mary BAYLOR Wife W 37 PA Keeping House PA PA

Would anyone know if this is the right family?
If so then would the generation back be Elias and Sarah Baylor. Found an 1840 census that has only 1 listing for the area (Columbia before the 1850 division)

Thank you in advance
