Fleming or Flemmen Family of Derry Twp.

In the 1810 and 1820 federal censuses, Law Flemmen (Lawrence Fleming) lived in Derry Twp., Northumberland, PA. He was born 1784. In 1830, he is listed in Catawissa, Columbia, PA. It is my understanding that Derry Twp. was included in the new Montour county boundaries. Could anyone suggest which cemeteries would be the best to search for possible relatives?

Also, what Lutheran or Dutch Reformed Church, or other germanic churches existed during the early 1800's in that area?
