Best, Forsyth and Laughead in Danville

Is anyone else researching these families in Montour County? My folks lived in and around Danville for four generations from the early 1700s to the late 1800s.

The BEST line comes from Thomas Best and wife Elinor (Bryan), who had three sons Alexander (a saddler and my g-g-g-grandfather), John and Valentine (state senator).

James LAUGHEAD, who lived in Danville, was brother to my g-g-g-g-grandmother Agnes.
She had married Andrew FORSYTH in Philadelphia. I'm not sure whether she ever lived in Danville with him, or if he moved from Philadelphia after she died. Their daughter Helen married Alexander BEST (above).

I am going to Danville this summer, so if anyone has any tips on where to research, what cemeteries to search, whether the library has a good local history/genealogy section, etc., I'd appreciate hearing from you.
