I don't have this Julia or Jacob Best in my data base of over 63,000 names, but then I didn't do extensive research in Northampton and Lehigh County. I am sure that Lehigh was formed from a part of Northampton...and I did track some Wert's from those areas into Montgomery and Bucks County.
Do you have a male Wert from this line who might join our Wert DNA project? If you do, I will be happy to send you more information on that. Thanks.
