E.K.Westbrook, 85, Eastburg
Edward K. Westbrook, 85, of East Stroudsburg died Tuesday at Allentown Hospital after an illness of three months.
He was born in Branchville, N.J. and was the son of Henry and Emma Heller Westbrook.
Mr. Westbrook was of the Presbyterian faith and had resided in the Stroudsburg area for most of his lifetime.
He had been employed by Wein-Alaska Airways in Alaska and in early life was a wheelwright.
Mr. Westbrook is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Winifred Smith, Phillipsburg, N.J., and Mrs. Mildred Edwards, Morristown, N.J., one grandson and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Daniel G. Warner Funeral home with Rev. Frank Wingerter officiating.
Interment will be in Stroudsburg Cemetery.
Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m.
