I live down the street from the Milroy Hotel.
You might check with the Milroy Library on Main St or the Mifflin County Historical Society. There was a booklet put out during one of the anniversaries of the town but I was not aware of it until afterwards. Our township office was selling some items for the celebration, you might try there too.
