I'm sorry, I found nothing for this surname (or anything close to it) in any of my Mifflin books. I did find the family in the 1850 Lewistown census, Conrad and Gertrude with 4 children: Conrad Jr.(born abt 1824), John H.(born abt 1826), George(born abt 1833), and Catharine (born abt 1837) - all born in Hesse Castle or Cassle. Conrad married Elizabeth, then Isabella and is in Mifflin county in the 1850 - 1880 censuses. George married (abt 1857) Jane Ann and is in the 1850 - 1900 Mifflin censuses.

Hope this helps out,

Sue
