Cherry Valley Roman Catholic Church circa 1916

Hi,
I have an August 22, 1916 marriage record that occurred in Cherry Valley PA.
I believe this is the Cherry Vally located in Smith Township in Washington County PA.
The Cleric who performed the marriage was a Polish Roman Catholic priest by the name of Father James Wrobel.
Can someone help me to identifiy the name of the Roman Catholic Church in Cherry Valley where Father Wrobel was the pastor?
Thanks,
Norbert Stevens
