Scranton, Pennsylvania Railroad Passenger Train Stations
Posted by: Mary Boudreau (ID *****2992) Date: June 24, 2013 at 17:22:12

I'm writing my family's history, part of the story is about my family taking a train from Scranton to Kansas City, Missouri. I looked in the 1960 Scranton City directory and found two Railroad Passenger Train Stations....Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railroad (I think that became Erie) and Central Railroad of New Jersey.

I need help from a train buff. In 1962,my family boarded a train from Scranton. From What station? Where would they transfer at, to get them going West to Kansas City.

Thank You,
