Don't know if this would be of much help but here goes.

Check out
regarding naturalizations. I found it to be quite informative.

If your looking for a copy of the record, you may be able to find it at or on the LDS website under Penna Naturalizations, Eastern district. THe LDS site you cannot search by name, but browse the pages, which are set up alphabetically. Keep in mind that there may be misspellings of the surname. But too I also saw some where the spelling of a name on top of the card, put there by office personal, differed than the signature of the applicant. I did not find it spelled as you had shown it to be. The Ancestry site is a subscription site, but do a google search on using the terms and "free trial" and you can sign up for a freebie (cancel a few days before its due to end). I do find a couple of results there but not knowing any date of birth didn't help (plus I do not have a subscription there either.

If you contact the naturalization office, might want to ask them to send you the FILE, instead of requesting the record. In the past I have seen where some offices see these as two separate items, and that the FILE many times will hold more information than the "record".
