I would research both Cos...Lancaster/York.
Search familysearch.org catalogue for all available material they have in Salt Lake City for both Cos. If you have a FHC near you, you can order microfilm [no books] from SLC.

There is a pedigree on familysearch.org, but can't confirm.
Also on Ancestry.
Jacob's parents....
Frederick & Ann Maria ARNEY both b 1705 Switzerland, had issue: Elizabeth Anna DUNGLEBARGER [b c 1730], Margaret ZWITZICH, John, Michael, Jacob [b 1728]
It also states Fred. d 1771 PA; Anna d 1743 PA

One Jacob ARNEY [abstract will] 1784 Tryon/Lincoln NC to "Elizabeth and children"

Maybe give you a few more avenues to explore.
