Holleran- Penn and Ohio
Posted by: Jane Holleran (ID *****8963) Date: October 24, 2012 at 20:34:33

Hi, I am researching Holleran Family. Thomas Holleran came with his wife Catherine Ferrick and started in Penn. We think in 1882. They had 5 children, Anna, Mary, Thomas, Patrick and John Joseph(b-1878). Thomas Sr. died in Nov 1887 in Pittsburgh, PA - he is buried there. Thomas's brother Patrick married Cate Sister Nora when he died and took the younger kids to live with them. Cate died in 1896 in Cleveland and she is buried there.
All I know about the others is Thomas Jr died in 1910. Mary stayed in Pittsburgh. There was a story that one boy went off to join the circus.
John Joseph moved to Ohio and married Margaret Carney.

Any help is appreciated.
