Do you have any idea what the "G" stands for?
It could possibly be Grace.

1820 Boston, Suffolk Co MA
KENT: Charlotte, Henry T, Jacob H [b 1790], Martin, Moses [b 1794], Samuel

There are several KENTs 1850 Boston old enough to be her parent[s]

I suggest you visit a Family History Ctr near you, and order/check wills for Suffolk Co. I doubt very much you will find anything in PA leading to her parents.
