Mable Rose 1940 Census Phila Pa., Correction ?
Posted by: Deborah Bromiley (ID *****7561) Date: August 24, 2012 at 13:01:06

Mable Rose lived on Longshore St, next to my grandparents.
According to my dad , she was a widow, and had the following
children, Frank (son) Francis (daughter) Salvator (son) and Albert (son). The 1940 census has Francis as a son, this is a female per my dad. Frank's nickname was Pistol and Salvator went by the name of Sam and dated a rich girl from Chestnut Hill Phila., Pa. When Sam bought his 1st car everyone wanted to see the turn signals. Also Sam died in a car accident. He also said Mable was a beautiful women. I hope this helps someone in the research.

Good Luck
Debbie
