In doing a google search for "Emilia Caprini" I found an August 12, 1977 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette (newspaper) article about her that says that she "was one of six women accepted to Pitt's medical school in 1923" and "After the first year I was the only woman in the class, Dr Caprini recalls, a hint of pride in her smile." This article has a photograph presumably from 1977.
Perhaps if you'd contact the medical school directly they could provide you with a class photograph.
