I am looking for information on the Balliet family while living in Pennsylvania. I am looking for information on Alvin Balliet who was born in 1839.I am unable to find his parents or wife.I know there are two lines of Balliets one is Paul Balliet of 1738 and the other is Joseph Balliet of 1749.I am also unable to find when he died or is buried and if he served in the Civil War. All I know is that Alvin moved to Shelby County ,Missouri with his children Thomas and Anna. Alvin had a farm hand named John Towson.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
