Lester Bender looking for his father York Co., PA

I am trying to untangle the tale of 2 Lester R. Benders that were both born within a few years of each other. All help is welcome.
My Lester b. 1891 was married to Mona M.(nee?) and they had 1 child Romaine C. b. 1918 in York County, PA.
According to the census records he was born in 1891 in PA.

1930 Census: York, York County, PA married to Mona w/Romaine
His occupation was US Mail Carrier; age 39

1920 Census: York, York County, PA married to Mona w/Romaine
His occupation was Printer in a Print Shop; age 29

1910 Census: The only Lester listed is the son of Edward L & Mary M....but his age is 21 and is occupation is listed as Printer. He had 4 siblings: Viola, Merle, Martha & Wilbur. Is this a coincidence that they both ended up in the same area at the same time.

1900 Census: This family of Edward and Mary are in Dillsburgh, Carroll Twp., York County, PA The birth year for Lester is listed as May 1888.

There is another Lester R. that was born in 1892 in Shamokin, Northumberland County to the parents of Clinton E. 1867-1945 and Lydia M. (Wolfgang)1868-1956 Bender. This Lester has the years match up but I am told that he moved to York County from somewhere. Lester had 8 siblings: Hilda, Clinton, Eugene, Carrie, Elizabeth, Herbert,Malcolm & Paul.

Thank you in advance.
