CLOVER CREEK, BLAIR CO. PA

In my great grandmothers bible it has the marriage of James Daily and Catherine Foutz having taken place on Aug 2nd, 1829 at the German Reform Church of Clover Creek Blair Co. performed by Rev ??Aurandtt. Does anyone know of any records from this church available anywhere? Would there have been a cemetery around the area....were marriage licenses etc issued back then? I am interested in finding records on James' father and mother. James was born Oct. 1802 which is the year his mother, whose name no one knows, died and his father who the family THINKS was a James also (or John) died the following year 1803. Need direction on where to look....court reocrds/death records/ etc. Have had no luck in locating anything about his parents at all. HELP PLEASE......thanks in advance for your help
