Mary --

I searched through Ancestry.com and found the following:
from 1920 Census: PA, Armstrong County, Brady Bend Twp.
E.D. #9, sheet 8A
Savilla, Paul - Age 46, immigration in 1895, naturalization in 1911
POB - Galicia, mother tongue - Polish, occupation - coal miner
Savilla, Regina - age 38, immigration -1895, naturalization - 1911
POB - Galicia, mother tongue - Polish, occupation - none
Children - all born in PA
Anna - 16
Mary - 11
Celia - 9
Paul - 7
Rosie - 3-10/12
Frankie - 2-6/12 or 2-1/12
Enumerated on 10 Mar 1920

Went back to see if i could find Regina earlier. Couldn't find her in either PA or WV. But found this in 1900 in Ohio.
1900 Ohio, Cuyahoga, Cleveland Ward 5
E.D. #19, sheet 8
Haas, Ignatz- age 44,DOB Apr 1856, POB - Hungary, immigration - 1877,
       naturalized, dry good dealer
Haas, Julia - age 41, DOB Apr 1859, POB - Hungary, immigration - 1879
Haas, Regina - age 14, DOB Aug 1885, POB Ohio
Ignatz and Julia have apparently been married 20 years.

Some of this matches your earlier narrative. But some of it does not.
