Can I assume you mean the Frank and Pauline who lived in Bellevue in 1930, in Pittsburgh in 1920 and 1910 and were the parents of Noah, Thelma, Frank and Ethel?
Frank's WWI draft card shows he was born May 31, 1879. His wife was Pauline and the address is the same as the 1920 census.
The 1900 census of Allegheny City (now part of Pittsburgh) shows a Frank Young, born May 1881 as the son of Noah, born May 1847, and Mary, born April 1851 in WV.
It's a shame Frank and Pauline's marriage license didn't have data on their parents. Often they do or at least the marriage license applications do. This leaves their death certificates and obituaries as the next source of their parents' names. Check with the Historical Society of Western Pennsylvania and Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society to see if they can help you with obits and burial places.
Do you know if they are buried in the McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery? I found a Frank and Pauline buried there: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=young&GSfn=pauline&GSbyrel=in&GSdyrel=in&GSst=40&GScntry=4&GSob=n&CRid=2240007&df=all&pt=McKeesport%20and%20Versailles%20Cemetery&http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSln=young&GSfn=pauline&GSbyrel=in&GSdyrel=in&GSst=40&GScntry=4&GSob=n&CRid=2240007&df=all&pt=McKeesport%20and%20Versailles%20Cemetery&
