Robert Henry Mills 1872-1916 b. England m/Amelia

I sure am hoping that someone out there might be able to help me with my brick wall. I am trying to discover who the parents were of Robert Henry Mills. According to the 1910 census he was born in England. Family information has his birth as January 1872 England and his death was in 1916 in Philadelphia, PA. I have no idea where in England he was born nor do I know where their ship docked in in this country.

He married Amelia Steringer in 1889-1902 in Philadelphia.
They had 3 children (all born in Philadelphia):
Amelia Steringer Mills 1902 m/Albert F. Lang
Robert Steringer Mills 1908 m/?
Emmanual Henry Mills 1910 m/ Chrystal K. Martzall

His occupation was that of a hatter in a local factory between 1900-1910.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly welcomed.
