Among my Mother's papers is a copy out of a page of an abstract. At the top of the page is "Cumberland County Wills Cont'd."
Three paragraphs down is WILKINS, JAMES, late of Peters Twp., Yeoman. Will dated Aug. 18, 1775; prob Jan 11, 1776. Dau. Elizabeth Delap wife of Joseph Delap; youngest dau. Margaret Bratton; gr. son John Crafford son of my dau. Mary Crafford, deceased; gr. son James Delap; gr. dau. Sarah Delap. Exrs: son-in-law Joseph Delap and my gr. son Alexander Delap. Wits.: Hugh McKee, Thomsa Mason. Page 216-217.
I would like to prove this so will start with a link to to book from which it came. Then, it would be wonderful to find the will itself.
