I am also not sure if this is the same George. I went to the PA genealogy site and uncovered the 1850 census in hopes of finding his parents, and discovered a lot of Moyers there. But I can't make out if one of them is this George's parents. And of course, have no way at this point in time to know if this is even my guy. Thanks for sharing.
