I am confused... whose children are those you mentioned?Andrew? or Catherine? But I guess searching for Andrew I see they are his children..
In any case I found Andrew (approx birth year 1889) and Margaret in Youngstown census only thing is that Andrew's birthplace is listed as Germany and Margaret's as Wales....and also an Andy SABOL WW I Draft Reg b'date Jan 1890 occuapation Policeman
The only issue is the name SCHOBEL/SHOBEL may not have been spelled either way in "Hungary".First a FYI prior to the end of WW I (1918) Hungary was not the same country as it is today... it was part of the Habsburg Empire aka Austria-Hungary... and inc all or parts of the modern countries of Austria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Czech Rep, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montengro and Serbia.. and had 12 official languages....
Spellings that may be your SCHOBEL inc SZABOL, SABOL and a few others... and people with that name were listed in immigration records as... Slovak, German, Hungarian, Ruthenian...
You mentioned that Andrew (which may have been Andras, Andrej, Ondrej in the old country arrived in the US in 1909... do you have some document showing that as the one in Youngstown census records states he arrived in 1905.?
Do you know what their ethnicity was? What was their religion? What was her birthyear?Did she live somewhere in PA or OH?
But then you said you were looking for Katherine... but you seem to give so much more info about Andrew!
