Searching for my gggrandmother's birth record

My great great grandmother was born in Pennsylvania probably between 1850 and 1865. I am wondering if Pennsylvania has a simuliar data system like Illinois that gives you information over the web how to order birth certificates. How much they cost and I am probably going to have someone from the dept of vitals to do some searching between those years. Any info would be greatly appreciated. My great great grandmother's name was Anna Maria Manderlich(Manderly).
