While at the FHS at the LDS I saw that they have microfilm/fisch of the Philadelphia Hospital records. Next time you are there (if there is one around you) you may want to look in there catalog under Philadelphia (vital records maybe). I don't remember what years. You should find it there though. Good Luck!
