I spoke with Kathy KLOOS last week concerning the old records and they do exist. She has microfilmed many of them and they are available. Due to the delicate nature and condition of some of them, they are going to send the older ones to be maintained by the state at a location off-site. She does, however, have microfilm copies of them available.
