Hi! I just sent you a quick e-mail and I'll write more soon. I checked the 1840 census on Ancestry, and there is a Daniel Spencer in Hinsdale. That must be them.

Do you remember the messages we exchanged several years ago on the Butterfield GenForum page? Jim Long posted several messages about Oren and Zachariah, so I'll bet he has proof of some sort. He hasn't posted on the forum for several years, but he may still be doing research.
