The 1880 Swedish Census is only partially transcribed on the following fee-based site.

http://www.svar.ra.se

Homeparish: Kungsholm Rote 4
Residence: Timstenen N:o 6
County: Stockholms stad
Page: 56
Row: 25

Fam. nr 1

Anders Oskar Fahlman, b. 1845 in Kristinehamn Värmlands län, Bleckslagaregesäll
wife Emilia Josefina, b. 1844 in Västra Tollstad Östergötlands län
Severin Varidon, b. 1872 in Stockholm
Viktor Emanuel, b. 1878 in Stockholm
Jenny Emilia Elisabeth, b. 1876 in Stockholm

Kungsholmen CD (which is only in Swedish, so I will just add some tidbits for you)covers part of the city of Stockholm:

Anders Olson Fahlman was born 26 February 1845 in Varnum, Värmlands län

wife Emilie Josefina was born 16 April 1844 in Västra Tollstad, Östergötlands län (same birthplace as Anders Tollén, so perhaps she was his sister)

son Severin Paridon was born 12 October 1872 in Adolf Fredrik, Stockholms stad

daughter Jenny Emilia Elisabeth was born 7 March 1876 in Adolf Fredrik, Stockholms stad

son Viktor Emmanuel was born 24 November 1878 in Kungsholmen, Stockholms stad

The last seen of the parents on this cd is when they left with their family to go to "Jakobsroten" in the city. (5 April 1882).

The boys Severin is seen coming into Kungsholmen from Jakobsroten in 1883 (as a foster son) and Viktor is seen coming into Kungsholmen from Jakobsroten in 1883 and then he went out to Gävle,Heliga Trefaldighet, Gävleborgs län in 1884. That is the last seen of Viktor on this cd.

Foster parent for Viktor was:

Washerwoman Maria Sofia Forsberg, born 19 June 1834 in Östra Ryd (She was listed as unmarried.) (This was apparently the Östra Ryd in Stockholms län, which is where she was listed as being born in the 1890 Swedish Census.)

She had two sons.

Edvard Leonard Forsberg, born 29 September 1864 in Kungsholmen in Stockholms stad (city)

Frans Emil Forsberg, born 23 July 1877 in Kungsholmen in Stockholms stad (city)

The foster family for Severin and also (for a while) for Jenny was:

Sven Johan Carlsson, born 22 December 1845 in Horn, Skaraborgs län

wife Amanda, born 16 May 1845 in Börstig, Skaraborgs län

son Carl Alfred, born 3 January 1867 in Falköping, Skaraborgs län

Jenny came into Kungsholmen in 1883 from Jakobsroten and then a note was written that she was registered out to go to Gammalkil in Östergötland in 1890.

Severin was listed several more times on this cd. It appears he was a pontonjär but I don't know what that is. (It is probably a military title of some sort. This apparently refers to that occupation. I think it is a military unit. [kungl Pontonierbataljonen 1-sta Komp.]

It also appears he used Apollo as a name at times. The last listing has him written as f.d.[= before this] pontonjär in 1890.

Severin was listed a second time (just as Jenny was) on the 1890 Swedish Census CD.

I don't see Severin on the 1900 Swedish Census CD. I didn't find a separate listing for Viktor (aside from the one where someone found all of that family together) in the 1890 Swedish Census.

I see Viktor on Emibas.
