Stutts Family in the 1800's

Hello, I have been searching for a long time for my 2NDgreat grandfather, Joseph Stutts. He was born between 1821-1825, probably 1825. In searcing ancestry the Wyoming and Lycoming Valleys keep coming up but I do not find anything. I don't know where he was born in PA or who his parents were. In the 1850 cencus he is in Mifflin Bourough and in 1860 in Fermanagh, then he is gone. I have searched Civil War names with no luck. He was a railroad man. He married a Hannah Shrawder in 1849 and had the following children: William Lucian b-1852, George Joseph b-1855, Martha Ellen b-1857 and Randolph P b-1862. I have traced Hannah and the first 3 children, Randolph was in Harrisburg until at least 1900 and then he is gone. Does anyone know of Joseph Stutts or his son William Lucian, my great grandfATHER, who is also listed under Lycoming and was also a railroad man. Thank you, Carolyn
