Thanks so much for all the info!

Unfortunately, I don't have dates of when my great-grandparents died. I was just told they died and at that time my grandmother went to live with another family. So I'm assuming they died in the hospital shortly after the 1930 census. I read there is a cemetery for the hospital on the grounds of what is now a prison so I'll try to contact them.

My grandmother didn't like to talk about her past. No one in our family (even her kids) knew she had siblings so I was shocked to find some listed on the census.

The Luzerne County Register of Wills and Orphans Court would probably be a great place to check since the kids were separated within different families. Thanks again for all the suggestions!

Hopefully I can solve my family mystery!
