William Allen High School's year book is called The Comus. I checked all the graduating classes from 1923 to 1930 and could not find a single Keeney in any of them. As far as I know it was the only high school in Allentown at the time.

According to the 1930 census the family you describe was living in Philadelphia. The 1920 census shows them living near Hershey, PA. Are you sure you mother graduated from a high school in Allentown? The only thing I could do would be to check the city directory from the 1920's to see if they lived there at all.
