It looks like Dennis received a Civil War pension for his service in Company B, 47th PA Inf: Appl 1,025,522 Cert 826.367.

You can get a copy of his pension from the National Archives in Washington, DC for $75. While a bit pricey and the genealogical data it contains is uncertain, it may have some of what you are looking for. As I understand all the pensions will eventually be online, but I don't know the timeline. Some are already available online at Footnote.com for a fee.

He is buried in the Union Cemetery in Slatington. I would imagine Angeline is buried there too. Contact the cemetery office to see what they may have on them in their records. He is buried in the S.E. corner of Lot 104. The Lehigh County Historical Society has a burial record from the cemetery. I don't remember how extensive it is. The Historical Society also has many other records that might be of help including church, obits, etc. Estate, Orphans Court and deeds at the Lehigh County Courthouse may be helpful in your quest.
