Lehigh Valley RR Employment Records?

My ggrandfather, Cornelius Joseph Leyden, worked for the Lehigh Valley Railroad (eventually as Chief of Police) in the 19-teens and was killed in the Black Tom explosion (in NJ) in 1916. Have the employment records of the Lehigh Valley Railroad been preserved? If so, who would I contact?
