Sharon:
My grandfather was Clarence Oscar Rasely, son of John Elmer Rasely and Mary Ann Tremain of East Bangor, Pa., formerly called Delphsburg, Pa. I believe Hiram Rasely was my gg grandfather who was married to Susanna. My Aunt, Elizabeth Rasely just passed away, September 8, 2010; we will have her memorial service at East Bangor United Methodist Church in East Bangor, Pa at 11:00 a.m. My mother was Harriet Rasely, siser of Elizabeth. My Aunt Marge, who passed away several years ago, was Marjorie Rasely; they also had a brother, George Rasely, my uncle.
I am currently doing my geneology on the family.
I know my mother had a cousin, George Rasely, who was from Easton, Pa. and was a Metropolitan Opera Singer at Lincoln Center, New York. My Aunt Elizabeth lived in New York for a
long time and often talked to me about going to hear him sing at Lincoln Center. I believe the Raselys have a history of musical talent; my mother, Harriet Rasely was a wonderful organist.

Anything you know about the Rasely Family would be quite interesting. We are also descendants of Hans Conrad Rosli, of Enschenberg, Switzerland.

Becky
