Cemetery location

For anyone from the area: I was told my ggrandmother was buried in a cemetery along the old highway or turnpike from Allentown towards Bowmanstown. Evidently she died during the swine flu epidemic. Lived in Bowmanstown, was taken to a hospital in Allentown. When she died my grandfather went to get her and I was told his wagon broke down from the mud along the way and so he buried her in a cemetery on the old highway with an iron gate in front. It was a Catholic Cemetery. Her name was Mary Smith, wife of Joseph Smith. Her maiden name was Zygmunt. Thanks for any help.
